The historic house sits in front of low hill of Eungbangsan Mountains
The Historic House is designated as Gyeongsangbuk-do Cultural Heritage Material No. 385 as of April 2004. It was built in 1876(13th year of King Gojong) by Nongsan Kim Nanyeong, and was the residence of his son Namho Kim Roesik(1877-1935). Kim Roesik was one of the richest men in Gyeongsang region, but gave all to pledge to float a loan to support Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and military and received the Order of Merit for National Foundation in 1977.
The house sits in front of low hill of Eungbangsan Mountains. Through Daemunganchae by Soteuldaemun is Anchae and Sarangchae forming a square layout. Living up to its name Chunyang, the town of trees, the historic house is made of best quality woods and well preserved with least repair.
Daecheongmaru is spacious enough for a big group along with its big yard, and is suitable for meetings and workshops.
